What is the Stone-wash?
The Stonewash treatment involves mixing the blade with a special coarse ceramic particle mix that will thoroughly polish all surfaces of the blade, leaving it with a matte or glossy finish, depending on the coarseness of the particles. This treatment is very common on tactical knives because it makes the blade tough and non-reflective.
